So what do you lemming?

Reading the various nail blogs has introduced me to a new term: lemming used as a verb. So lemming after something means you really want it, to the point of obsession.

So I wondered if there was a product--doesn't have to be nail polish--that you really want but don't because you're broke/it's too expensive/you can't justify the money or because it's no longer made?

While it's pretty close to Orly's Sapphire Silk, I would love to get my hands on Mac's Blue India

About half of China Glaze's OMG collection. I've got some of the Milani HD holos, but they're not as linear as these. I want 2Nite, IDK, LOL and, of course, OMG. I'd settle for Nfu Oh 61 if they ever had it when I had money. Maybe. I have yet to spend more than $10 on a bottle of polish.

Speaking of spending more than $10 on a bottle of polish, the high-end brands call to me. There are a handful of Butter London (zomg British Racing Green!), Illamasqua (Scorn! Viridian! Scarab!), Nars (Zulu!), RBL (Iconoclast! Catherine H! Recycle! Scrangie!) and so on I lemming.

Non nail polish, I can't think of much except that I really want a full bottle of Shalimar like whoa!

Ahahaha do you want the long list or the short list? :D

The ultimate lemming would be Clarins 230, aka Unicorn Pee for how rare and sought-after it is. Last bottle I saw was $75 on an etailer site; its usually $60+ on eBay.

In a similar discontinued-and-hard-to-find-and-expensive vein, I wish I could find a bottle of Urban Decay Burnout, OPI La Boheme, OPI Black Tie Optional, OPI Absolutely Alice, MAC Studded, Illamasqua Baptiste, and RBL Scrangie.

Luckily, though, most of the stuff I'm lemming is still current, at least: stuff from Butter London, Illamasqua, a-England, MAC, Nfu.Oh, and other brands it's hard to easily acquire online from Australia. Oh, and pretty much everything Ozotic Pro ever made; at least I can order that here, it's just 'spensive!

And luckier still, I acquired my #1 lemming yesterday, thanks to the generosity of a random nail-board denizen: MAC Bad Fairy. Om nom nom.

I managed to score a bottle of Color Club's Worth the Risque for $5 plus shipping on eBay. NOBODY has holos currently, it seems. Nfu Oh 61 and China Glaze OMG are going for upwards of $30 a bottle on eBay right now. WTF?

Due to my job (cosmetics team member at my local Target), I have a long and constantly changing list of lems. I want to try all the things. Right this moment, though, my top lemming is a Z Palette because I'd really like to depot a bunch of my shadows to free up space in my train case.

I'll probably order it soon, as a birthday gift to myself.

I would pay cash moniez for a full bottle of the cruelly-discontinued Yohji Homme (coffee, rum, liquorice, incense, woods ...).

But, alas, not quite as much cash moniez as it usually costs to get one.

I just really, really, really want whatever it is that musicians use to keep their eye-shadow from creasing and smudging and go ugly despite three hours of bright lights, heat, and lots of sweating on stage... ;)
